To guarantee a room at the NPEA conference rate of $199/night,
you must make your hotel reservation by October 3, 2008.

If you need to cancel your conference registration and cancelation
is made more than 1 month before conference, full refund of the conference
fee; within 1 month to 1 week, 50% refund; within 1 week, no refund.
